I didn’t love how many add-ons they tried to sell just so I could get the app. If they want to offer them, maybe make a page to select which ones you’re interested in learning more about to streamline the process
Response from EffectoDec 9, 2025
Dear liz, We appreciate your feedback regarding the number of add-ons presented during signup. Your suggestion to streamline how these are offered is valuable, and we're actively working on improvements to the flow. You KNOW I have ADHD with focus issues. You know I can’t remember things yet you offer me so many things that will then be charged to me after X amount of months if not cancelled. Very uncool. I do appreciate all the help you are offering just not the sly way you’re going about it.
Response from EffectoDec 8, 2025
