I have been waiting for more than two months since 6th November 2025 for a refund for the unauthorised money they took from my account. I have sent multiple emails to their so-called dead support email, and they are a scam. I asked for a human call; nobody contacted me. Stay away from this scam app. They reply to you here asking you to reach out to the support team, where they don’t understand the fact that if their support team could have resolved the issue via email, the customers wouldn’t comment or review them on social public platforms.

Taken money and nothing in return I guess I just got scammed

Die App ist für ADHS ler eine Katastrophe. Kleine Schrift, lange Texte. Man muss täglich viele Dinge ausfüllen um ein Ergebnis zu sehen. Habe mich noch nicht mal einen Tag aufraffen können, das alles auszufüllen zu meinem Tag , Gefühlen, Stress, Besonderheiten etc Dazu ist es eine Abofalle, hab mir einen 7 Tageplan gekauft und plötzlich wurden 37 €für ein Abo abgebucht, ich weiß noch nicht mal für welchen Zeitraum das Geld ist. Keine Information. Und der Hersteller weigert sich das Geld wieder gutzuschreiben. Mega ärger. Ich kann nur abraten

This company kept charging my card even though I had no knowledge of it. When I indicated to them "I do not know what this is!" on the date (12/29/25) they were recharging my card, they indicated my account would be 'cancelled' but no refunds would be issued. SAME DAY THEY WERE CHARGING MY ACCOUNT. ***DO NOT USE THIS APP***

I purchased a one-month plan and tried to cancel shortly after purchase. I checked the app and Google Play but found no cancellation option. It later turned out that cancellation requires contacting support by email, which is very non-standard for an app-based subscription and easy to miss. The subscription renewed at a higher price, and a refund was refused even though I contacted support immediately after being charged. This cancellation flow is confusing and not user-friendly. I would not recommend this service.

Je ne suis à ma connaissance pas TDAH mais souffre de stress post traumatique. Par curiosite, j'ai passé le test et j ai obtenu le score alarmant de 32 33 (comme un autre utilisateur ayant répondu différemment à chaque fois). Je ne recommande donc pas cette appli qui part sur des conclusions malhonnêtes.

i never signed up for this app Effecto!!! I checked out the site online, but I did not sign up to pay $219. - plus auto charged to my credit card. Now I get to figure out HOW to contact a human to get this charge reversed!!! It's 1/21/2026 today

Primero deberían dejar unos días de prueba, porque piden dinero y ofrecen demasiados productos y juegan con la necesidad de las personas.
