Be careful with upsell of 1-1- coaching, they embed this upsell in one mounth purchase as "a free of charge tryal". In my opinion this is a very unprofessional way to use persons with ADHD and embed other services in one month plan and then charge for those a lot of money as quickly as possible. The Effecto app has been completely useless for me, and does not help at all, everything that I could read in the lessons is just overall common knowledge about ADHD problems and all the suggested tools don't give any additional help as promised in the marketing before my purchase. And then - even charging more and for some 1-1-coaching services I haven't used just because it's easy to misunderstand and miss this additional information for a person with ADHD is really the wrong way to make the money. DONT BYU THIS APP!

I have no idea why I am being charged for a service that I never used or even knew I was being charged for. I just happened to see a $99 charge from Paypal on my underlying card, and when I try to discover what service I am being charged for, there is no membership information, no way to cancel or even understand what this is! Please cancel, cancel, cancel!

Ich habe einen 7-Tage-Plan für 6,49 € gekauft. Ohne klare, hervorgehobene Information wurde daraus automatisch ein teures Monatsabo, das mir später einfach 37,98 € abgebucht hat. Der Hinweis darauf steht nur versteckt im Kleingedruckten, während mit Countdown, Rabatten und Druck gearbeitet wird. Kündigung ist nicht einmal in der App möglich, sondern nur per E-Mail. Auch das wirkt bewusst so gestaltet, dass man die Verlängerung verpasst. Der Kundenservice verweigert jede Rückerstattung und verweist stumpf auf AGB. Das widerspricht den EU-Verbraucherschutzrichtlinien, nach denen automatische Abos transparent und eindeutig vor dem Kauf gekennzeichnet sein müssen. Auch viele andere Bewertungen sind gleich, es sind viele Leute darauf reingefallen. Der Kundendienst tut hier in den Antworten so, als würden sie helfen, verweisen aber in E-Mails nur stumpf auf die AGB und dass es jetzt halt so ist und sie das Abo nicht erstatten. Finger weg.

Abofalle!!! Ein Buch „Lasting Change“ bestellt und auf 1x eine ABO Abbuchung. Davon steht auf der ganzen Verkaufseite des Buches nirgendwo etwas. Außerdem tauch das Abo nicht unter Abos auf in der App, es werden via Paypal einfach Beträge abgebucht.

Premetto di non aver mai scaricato ne usato app. Ho risposto ad un quiz al termine del quale si proponeva una prova a 6.49 ed ho pensato di provarla. Ma mi sono arrivati due addebiti una 6.49 e uno da 92 per un abbonamento a vita mai sottoscritto. Ho contattato il servizio clienti che mi ha risposto che l'abbonamento non e' in alcun modo rimborsabile, ma provvedevano alla disdetta come da mia richiesta. Una truffa in piena regola. Proverò a ricorrere con l'associazione consumatori. Posso solo sconsigliare vivamente l'utilizzo di questo servizio fraudolento

Achtung Abofalle!!!! Abgeschlossen wurde ein 4 Wochen Plan für etwas über 18,-€ - nach einen Monat Abbuchung über 92,- €. Es war nie ersichtlich, dass es sich um ein Abo handelt, auch der Monatspreis von 92,- € wurde irgendwo erwähnt!!!!
