Way too many extra hours things to buy. Yall should know that for an ADHD person with anxiety that it too many add ons. Please consider making this a more “package deal “

I felt there were to many offers after the initial sign-up. I am struggling financial anyway. I am struggling just to pay for the 7-day offer, so I have no other financial way to pay for anything else. Forgot to cancel 7-day offer, to the minute after they charged me $39.98 for the next months offer. It bounced my account, and after the extra fee's I occured and canceling the plan, they refused to refund my $39.98(and on Christmas Eve too). I never even look at the stuff that I should have looked at. They are not out to help, they just want your money. I should have never signed up.

Ineffectual little app, usual nonsense didn’t help with anything :( . I looked everywhere on the app, the website, my emails and my bank account for a way to cancel and it all appeared like I had no subscription with them, there was no way to cancel anything and no recurring membership listed. I deleted the app. Many months went by and had a weird charge from a company I’d never heard of on my bank statement and eventually found out it was for this - £42!! When I contacted them on the same day of the charge and asked them to refund as I haven’t been using it and am not going to they said no (after 7 days of silence). AVOID!!

I downloaded the app and payed for one month. Personally, I don't like the app that much, I don't find it intuitive to use. I would therefore like to cancel it again, but I can't get in touch with customer service. I sent emails yesterday and the day before yesterday and received an automatic reply, but no other response. That's why I'm trying this way now, as I can see that there is a consistent response here. Please explain to me how I can cancel other than via the email address helpateffecto-app

I saw this advertised on FB and I signed up to try for one week and paid just over $10 which was affordable. I used the app but it wasn’t as intuitive or useful for me. WARNING: read the T&Cs carefully, product and service subscription details are not clear or transparent in up front advertisements I was charge the following week $47 for an ongoing subscription. I cancelled this immediately and requested a refund. Effecto were in-flexible on their NO refund policy and un-empathetic and impersonal quoting clauses from the T&Cs. I would not have purchased if I had realised this, seems Effecto rely on time poor, everyday people who just want to try things to help them get by! Disappointed at poor customer service and way of dealing with unitenend subscriptions due to deceitful advertising!
