The app seems insanely complicated at first glance. Had to watch an instructional video just to figure out how to use it. I think it has some potential, it will just take practice to figure out how to make it do what I needed to do. Not sure how it is supposed to help me with distractibility, it is just another distraction, but time will tell I guess.

I have a hard time remembering to use the app. The layout is also confusing and I am easily distracted, however, I am not giving up learning about the app. I honestly will likely not renew my subscription due to how much I struggle to remember to use it.
