Marie patiently walked me through the software and guided me to send a test fax. Since the document was rather large, it took times. She asked whether she could put me on hold while waiting for the progress and offer to call me back should the call get disconnected. She also reminded me to change the password and guide me to add new email addresses. The whole experience is the best customer services I receive in years and all because of Marie. Thanks for going well above and beyond.

Used this service prior to…
Used this service prior to work-provided fax Very convenient. Process to cancel online requires a digital chat with a representative (my representative's user name was Joke 1 [no joke]). Very supportive and offered a lower fee to keep me on but I no longer need the service- canceled without any issues. Faxes sent were received within minutes while I used the service and confirmation was sent to my email. Super convenient.
