I spoke with 3 people at Efax this day. Two were provided me with incorrect information, one was to assign my former fax number and go that wrong. One told me that my account could not be re-activated. When I called back the 3rd time I spoke with Russ who proved to be very much more knowledgeable. In short order he re-activated my old account with the correct old fax number and life was beautiful once again. I'm a huge Russ fan.
