Quick and easy support!
I accidentally signed up with an email that didn't exist, so I needed to call to have it changed to the correct one. It was so easy, it was changed within 3-5 minutes, the easiest process ever with customer service. Thank you so much!

E-fax is dependable
E-fax has been the type of service you never have to worry about. Always dependable. Customer support has been awesome as well. I have only had to call them 2x in 9 yrs. Each time I got a live person that was helpful and polite. I would recommend for any one or fir small business’.

eFax is an excellent service
I used eFax for many years and the service was always very good. When I retired and wished to close my account the process was straight forward and the instructions I received by email were timely, clear and respectful. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and it's fax service.

Could not receive emails
I have been having such a frustrating time with receiving emails. Megha was so patient. Stayed with the problem until it was resolved. Even went above and beyond to get it resolved. Did not assume it was just me not being able to find the email. She fixed the problem!!!
