Aggiornamento: sono stato contattato dal servizio clienti e il mio account è stato chiuso, il mio consiglio è di pubblicare le vostre lamentele qui in modo tale da essere contattati. È impossibile parlare con il servizio clienti (in quanto non parlano italiano) ed è impossibile chiudere l'account, in quanto mi è stato bloccato dopo due giorni senza motivo, e nonostante non abbia potuto utilizzare il servizio mi sono stati addebitati lo stesso i 15 euro di prova.

Service worked great but when it came time to cancel, the company makes it very difficult. You have to call or chat with an online rep- there is no option to cancel from the website. Also, they would not refund the amount despite me calling the day after it hit my card. Apparently this is "non refundable per company policy". ---------------UPDATE; Since submitting this review (which was initially 2 star), a representative responded in minutes. She requested a refund in full and mentioned that the reason refund was denied is because refund wasn't requested within 72 hours of renewal date. With my bank, things submitted on Fridays or over the weekend delay when I see the charge. If I have a need for fax in the future, I'd consider Efax.

It was easy to sign up and to use. Unfortunately, I didn't use the service much so I wanted to cancel and decided to do by chatting with a representative online. Her name is Lyra, and she was very helpful. She made the cancellation process hassle free and without any complications.
