Great service and Timely response
Timely response from Nicoleta L. to addressing my inquiry almost on the spot. Though it's kinda sad that I was inquiring about the account cancellation, Nicolea went her way to understand if eFax can do more to improve our user experience and stay. However, this is a company decision as fax is not our major support channel these days, thus the cancellation. Love eFax and it'd be my #1 personal choice of fax service on the web.
