Fax Plan Flexibility - PS Lyra was amazing
Lyra was amazing. She helped get us a lower plan when a previous agent told us no way possible and we could start another account for free faxing, but to lower our existing account any lower would need to be cancelled. She explained that was incorrect and that there are lower plans for people like us, who fax maybe 4 pages every other month. She also explained we can go up and down in plans based on usage. In a world when faxing is more and more obsolete, having this flexibility is extremely helpful. Thank you again, Lyra!

Billing Discrepancy Corrected
I was billed for a rather large amount for sent faxes and was unaware of the fax transmission time multiplier. I have used eFax for around 2 years now and this was the first time faxing to an institution with such a high fax volume so I've never experienced such a long transmission time. My customer care representative helped with the misunderstanding and credited my account half the expense, which I felt was fair, after all I had agreed to the terms, just missed it because it is in the small print. Anyways, I even ended up finding an upgraded plan at minimal increase in monthly expense to avoid future issues. I called in disgruntled over a billing issue and finished happy and upgrading my service. This was a pleasantly surprising experience.
