Excedllent Customer Service
I missed the cancellation period by one day. I called and asked if they could go ahead and and cancel my account even though I'd missed the cut-off by one day. They graciously agreed and refunded the yearly fee. BTW I had this service with efax for over 10 years and it was flawless. I highly recommend it.
