Customer success done right
Mandip was incredible at helping me resolve my issue today. I've been faxing patient documents that have security and privacy requirements to various hospitals. So far I've used four services and eFax has been the only one that always succeeds at sending. Most other services fail without giving you a status or respond with a false positive success. Recently, I was sending documents to USC Keck School of Medicine and I had a few partial failures which caused my eFax account to be locked. Mandip helped me unlock my account by triaging with her team over several phone calls and she also gave me best practices on how to proceed on a low quality fax line. Honestly, I was surprised by the level of customer service I received - it's uncommon in this day and age to have this level of continuity, genuineness and willingness to solve issues for smaller accounts.

What Customer Service should be.
He listened and suggested and explained and was personable. Russ was very knowledgeable and I solved a problem and was offered an additional option. I learned a couple very helpful tips too.
