Excellent support
I had some problems with logging in to my eFax account and wanted to change some information in my account. I've sent a mail to the support and they were able to help me in no time. The instructions were clear and to the point and very helpfull. Thank you Elizabeth for the excellent support !

Very thoughtful and kind service.
Very thoughtful and kind service. It was a really quick response and instructive. Gave me clear options after checking the circumstances, unlike other services that send just copy-and-paste sentence. I will definitely come back this service when I need to use FAX. Very satisfied for everything.

The customer service rep Mandil went…
The customer service rep Mandil went above & beyond. I had to look for my old credit card number (last 4 numbers) & I had t look thru old bank statements. She was professional & very patient. She then reinstated my account & went through the packaged. Excellent customer service!!!

I have been with efax since 2012
I have been with efax since 2012 Anytime I have had trouble they have fixed my problem quickly. Today I had trouble logging in and I called at 2:00 am thinking there would be nobody to help but there was. Nicoleta L - Customer Service Advisor - picked up the phone quickly and she was able to fix my problem quickly. Great Customer Service!
