Case Number 59818502 Customer Service Representative: Minh Nguyen Mr. Nguyen is an excellent representative of your company. My account had been suspended because the credit card needed to be changed. I was desperate to send in an insurance claim by fax so that I could document its receipt. Mr. Nguyen reinstate my account; so, I could send the fax. He updated my credit card information so that I could make my payment in June during the regular business cycle. Mr. Nguyen recognized that I had been a customer for many years, and had this one circumstance create a crisis for me. Mr. Nguyen helped me document my compliance with the Insurance Claim. I appreciate his courtesy and commitment to help me under these difficult circumstances. Mr. Nguyen creates customer loyalty and satisfaction by treating me as a person. You have done an exceptional job to create a work environment where Mr. Nguyen can help customers.
