Minh is FIVE Stars all day long! While I still have not been able to resolve my issue, I can't help but note Minh's efforts. I'm still working on getting my credit card updated, which for some reason, the system won't allow but, it's not for lack of Minh trying. Thank you, Minh!

Russ went above and beyond to help me
Russ went above and beyond to help me. I have had several issues in the past just understanding the efax plans. He helped out with the understanding of the plans, which will save both myself time and efax reps time in the future and the credit card processor was not working properly and he made sure I was sorted out.
