Excellent customer service!
I called your company today to resolve a problem and I have never had a customer service rep be more helpful. Russ Hahn went above and beyond the usual standards to resolve my issue quickly and professionally despite the obstacles that popped up along the way. He is a great representative for you company!

It is rare these days to find customer support that is pleasant and, most critically, productive (rather than trying to tell me that I missed something in the small print).
