Would give 5 stars however we pay a premium for having to send faxes to Home Office and Court. Sometimes over £7.00 for a fax that does not even go through.

Service is good when it works and avoids the need for having an additional phone line. Some of the things I don't like are: - Very difficult to get any issues resolved as they are non-responsive to email. Phone support isn't great. - Billing needs to be checked as they don't always get it right and as you can't email them with issues you're relying on the phone rep to resolve the issue which can be very trying.

The eFax service to my fax number appears to work well It often does not deliver e faxes to number that it is asked to do - it has to be done repeatedly. it makes it challenging to use on occasion

Hi Jideofor Thanks so much for your review. Great to hear the service works well. We will have someone review your account and look into your send usage. Hopefully we may be able to spot a reason why faxes might not be delivered and see if there is anything we can suggest or do to help make improvements. Many thanks eFax Support Team

On the whole a good service. However, if a fax received is more than 3 pages, then there are often problems. The connection cuts out and I only get half the fax and then this keeps repeating until eventually the sender realises and sends the fax in 2 parts. By this stage, I have paid for quite a few faxes which are incomplete. Other than this, the whole concept of receiving faxes by email is a good one and I rarely have problems sending out faxes.

I've been using Efax for about 5 years now. Sending faxes no problem but numerous problems receiving faxes that are more than 3 pages long. I managed to get a few pages and then it stops. I run a medical practice and it makes life difficult. The sender will keep trying to send a fax and for every page they resend I get charged. I have spoken several times to Efax but they don't seem to think there is a problem and nothing has been resolved. I think Efax to Efax users have no problems but if the sender is using a fax machine it doesn't work. Having said that, it is easy to use and couldn't go back to a manual machine
