Ease of service
I was able to cancel my subscription, since I'm not using it as much as I thought I would, without hassle and my customer representative was helpful and personable.

Reactivation of suspended account
My eFax service was suspended to protect me as there seem to several unsucessful log-ons. I was able to reactivate my service very quickly with the help of Elizabeth. Great customer support ! Thanks

I had a call with Mrs. Nicoleta. I don't do so well in English and he offered to speak with me in my language. He was very helpful, he activated my account + told me other information that I didn't know about and that really helped me. Great Support Experience
I was so confused as to why my account wasn't working and contacted Support and a gentleman named Moe assisted me. He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. We helped me to reset my browser to get my efax account to work. Moe helped me troubleshoot the process and it was fixed in no time. Due to Moe's expertise, I could get my fax out and make a work suspense. Be sure to commend him for me.

Never had an issue
Never had an issue, everything like clockwork. That is saying a lot because I have been with them several years and use faxing quite a bit in my tax practice.

Happy Customer
I called to obtain assistance with my new account. I was serviced by a gentleman by the name Moe. I have NEVER had this type of Customer Service experience any ware else ever in my life. Moe is very kind and patient. He is very knowable about e-fax products. He was explaining procedures that I knew nothing about. Like, being able to fax from my email. As a happy and satisfied customer my recommendation would be. For him to obtain a raise and or promotion. As he deserves it!

eFax support team is great. Support team never try to oversell. Elizabeth V (Customer Service advisor) managed my request very well. I’ve used eFax service multiple times during the last 10-15yrs. Highly recommend.
