Marijana S, was so helpful in figuring out my fax lines and updating my payment card. She took the time to do the research and was very polite. Hopefully, if I ever have to call again, I would get her as my customer service rep. Great customer support
I couldn't reset the password for deleting my account (eFax is a great service, but unnecessary for me). The customer agent Elizabeth V helped me to delete my account and sent me a confirmation mail. Very good and fast service.
