Over charged
I am writing in reference to reference number 60423895 and/or Minh Nguyen. He was very patient with me, I was very frustrated. I feel like I have been over charged quite a bit however he continuesly assured me that I have not been over charged. However we did not get the issue resolved only because I wanted to go over the invoices he sent me which I have not received one in 8 months of service. That is not his problem though. As far as Minh he was very thorough, patient, very kind even when I was cursing at him. He was lovely.

Friendly and efficient support staff
Even though I'm unhappy the voice mail feature was removed, I did encounter a very friendly and efficient member of the support staff (Elizabeth) who helpfully guided me through my inquiries.

The customer service was really good
The customer service was really good, however I thought I signed up for a free trial and instead 4 days later they billed me. I did speak to customer service who agreed to cancel my account and send a refund request to finance for my full amount, so that's great as I just needed to send some documents I can't email once or twice but I would never send 500 faxes per month.

The reason for not giving all the stars…
The reason for not giving all the stars is that Simona was talking very fast English, which made it difficult for me to understand her. And I had to ask her several times to repeat.

Great customer service
