Can't cancel free trial online, have to call up.

I signed up using a free trial with eFax late last year. It was bascially impossible to cancel my membership as the option is not avaliable online and you have to call to cancel however, despite calling on 4 seperate occasions, I could never get through to anyone. Because I couldn't cancel my membership I was charged the monthly fee. Although it's not much, I feel like it was really cheeky to have such a poor system set up to make it so difficult for customers to cancel. I also tried sending an email to the UK team with no repsonse. I only recieved a response when I emailed their corporate office and even then I wasn't offered a refund despite my request.
