E-fax is very easy use
E-fax is very easy use, we can send and receive faxes at ease. I would recommend this service. We receive confirmations when the fax has gone through or not, which is always very handy.

I could not recommend E-Fax enough
I could not recommend E-Fax enough! I am an independent medical secretary and I based at 3 different sites throughout my working week. To be able to receive and send faxes as easy as an email and not have to pick up post is perfect for me! Technically I never have a problem, it is a really easy system to use and is also very reasonable.

I have found eFax excellent and so…
I have found eFax excellent and so handy for me as I can access through my mobile phone when on the move. As most things are done via email having the document in pdf on my system from the start is excellent. I used to have to scan hard copy faxes into the system to then send on. Had no problems and would definitely recommend to others.

What does a Fax machine look like?
We have been a client for a number of years and have never needed tech support, never needed to contact the company, it simply does what it says. We are an employment agency and receive time sheets by fax and this is a business critical process. Hats off to eFax. I haven't seen a fax machine in years and wouldn't know how to use one or where to get one if I needed to.
