Long term daily eFax user - PA/Virtual Assistant

As a PA/Virtual Assistant, making services available to all businesses no matter how big, small, traditional or modern they are is a priority to Fine Print Secretarial Services. Fine Print believes in environmental sustainability, and wherever possible encourages and provides a paperless office solution. eFax makes meeting these standards easier. We have been using eFax since April 2015. This is an especially important service for one long-standing business client. By using eFax on a daily basis, without the client being required to check in, or possess a computer, Fine Print is able to pick up important emails for the client business and forward in real time. Using a digital phone number separate from the office landline number also allows better availability to receive voice calls without requiring an additional expensive phone line or fax machine. Using Adobe Reader, a window can be pulled up for the client's handwritten fax on the desktop to process professionally onto the client's digital letter headed document and forwarded digitally and remotely. We have experienced possibly 3-4 glitches over the years but eFax customer services have been polite and quick in responding and working on solutions that have remedied any problems. Timely customer service and consistency have secured Fine Print Secretarial Services loyalty. I have no reservations in recommending.

fantastic service been using it since…
fantastic service been using it since 2009, great support staff really helpful. easy to use product my mum & dad don't do email ....... however the efax was a fantastic way for me to keep in contact with them
