A very useful and hassle free way to send and receive documents via fax. I love the fact that allows you to edit the e-mail addresses for sending and receiving the documents which is a great tool for productivity. Had a minor issue with the first bill they issued for us but it was quickly solved after contacting their support department. Happy user for now!
