I have to say big thank you to Fiona who works for efax customer service on the official page of Facebook, two months ago I try to email to the company to ask about canceling my efax account, but no any reply. Even I try to call the service number, it just keeps turning me to voice mail and nobody contact me. Until I ask on the Facebook page of efax, then I can help. I felt very angry because I didn't use it and ask for canceling the account. just nobody gives a s**t....and my credit card keeps bill me until I get help from Fiona. I may suggest my boss use efax in the future...
