I called with a concern that may or may not have been an issue with MyFax.com. Ispoke with Marijana who was professional and very customer oriented. The problem was resolved and there seems to be no issue with my service. MyFax.com, since 2014, has been one of the best changes I have implemented in my practice. I applaud your product and service. The service provides a good free trial for evaluation. You get a local area code fax number, and faxes are emailed to you, as well as stored online. Online dashboard is easy to navigate. Cancellation is easy to accomplish via e-chat 24/7. I did not use the service for long, but would use it again if I needed.
