eFax has been wonderful for my small business
eFax has been wonderful for my business. It is convenient, requires no hardware, and is extremely reliable. I particularly appreciated being able to access all my incoming and outgoing faxes through the archives instead of having to maintain paper copies. My experience with their customer services representatives (most recently Rowena), has been positive. I receive immediate assistance whether I call in or use the Chat feature on their website.
