Excellent App/Program with Even Better Support
I have been an efax customer for years. Love It!!! When I have any issues (All programs/apps eventually have issues), Efax Support is always friendly and eager to fix any problems. It is nice to have a support system to help with any fax needs for my day to day business. Today, My Support Specialist was Exceptional.... Thanks 😊

The customer service rep who helped me was Eveldina. She answered promptly and was very helpful. She knew exactly what needed to be done and waited patiently on the phone until the fax went through. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and I was highly impressed.
