Hi Kevin Many thanks for your reivew and feedback, its much appreciated and is certainly something we will be looking into as there most definitely should have been other ways to locate your account other than just your fax number alone such as customer id or email used on signup etc. Regarding the UI this is something we have fed back into our marketing and product team for future review.
