Couldn'5 Find My eFax login!
Up until this morning, 8/3/2025, I had only eFax one time, sending some urgent material to the IRS last December. To my horror this AM, I could not find any of my note about how to log on and use eFax. All I could find was a bank statement for their automatic monthly bills. I called eFax support, and support lady Eveldina got it figured out, so I can use it again. Her boss should give her an immediate raise!

Very resourceful customer service representative
The customer service rep Minh was very professional, polite and patient as we worked through my question for my account. I did not have all of the information I should have had to make the issue resolution process flow as designed, but Minh helped me find alternative ways to still satisfy my needs in a very efficient manner (less than 3 minutes due to his resourcefulness). I wish all customer service reps could meet his standard of performance. Thank you Minh and eFax.
