I came to eFax after a disappointing…
I came to eFax after a disappointing experience with another fax app. My expectations low, I was surprised by how easy and user friendly my eFax app experience was! I had one last question regarding receipt of the fax and so I reached out to customer support. Again my expectations were FAR exceeded when I received a reply from Fiona Meagan-Boulay who responded with thorough and thoughtful clarity and efficiency and frankly, having worked in the customer support arena myself, I can tell from her response that she genuinely CARES about her job and the services she provides. Pride is priceless (especially these days). I hope she is well compensated for her superior skills. Thank you, eFax!
