I needed to update my credit card
I needed to update my credit card with Efax and Elizabeth made the process exceptionally easy. In addition, she provided information about the yearly rate which would save me some money ( always appreciated ). She saved me time as well as money. Very good customer service !

Rrepresentative MERCER was superbly professional, patient, and couteous while aiding me reestablish my Efax account. She explained all the service options and offered a fax telephone number to me. I completed the transaction delighted with what MERCER's information. She also sent to me a test fax to ensure my service was functional. MERCER IS A GEM!
