Excellent customer support
I wanted to take the time to say that I had an excellent interaction with support rep Eve D who handled my query in a timely fashion, with professionalism, clarity, courtesy and grace. Couldn't have asked for better support and would recommend this service to others based on the strength of support alone.

Good fax service and excellent support
I only needed a fax service for a couple of months, and eFax ticked all the boxes at a very reasonable cost. The couple of times I needed a bit of help, customer support was easy to reach and very efficient. When I called to cancel, Eve was excellent. There was no hard sell, just a clear presentation of options, and a quick and easy exit process. All done with a very personable approach. If I should need a fax account again in future, I'd have no hesitation in using eFax again.

10/10 Eve
I called to cancel as I only needed the service for a one time correspondence. The answer rate was quick and I was greeted with your very friendly and personable Eve! She made the process painless with topical conversation all the while swiftly cancelling my account. I'd absolutely recommend based on this interaction alone, I wish more companies were like this.
