Short waiting time, efficient automated system to get me to a live customer service representative, great service to get the matter resolved.... all in all a pleasurable experience!

Just had an excellent call with Russ in Tech Fax Support/Customer Service!!! Not only did he answer my questions regarding several faxes sent to my account, but he clearly explained the safety of sending/receiving faxes. He was friendly and considerate and I greatly appreciated his help. He literally saved me as a customer for eFax. Thank you Russ!!!

Online Chat for technical support was surprisingly efficient and effective.
Online Chat for technical support was surprisingly efficient and helpful. Acceptable wait time, I was 3rd in line to chat with a live agent after dealing with the automated response part. The automated chat wasn't too bad to deal with - unlike most automated chat programs, it did not send me in circles, it actually soon transferred me to a live agent. My tech issue was solved easily and quickly. Live agent was patient.

Moe was very helpful!
Moe was very helpful in identifying the problem with my account and helped me correct it. I was considering canceling the account since I don't use it very much but Moe offered me a promotion. In the end, I decided to keep the account at a price I'm comfortable with. I am very happy with the service provided by Moe.

Lyra is Wonderful!
I had the good luck to reach Lyra via chat. She was very pleasant and quick to figure out why our efax was not working. She got our account straightened out which was wonderful because we had an urgent fax issue. She's was wonderful!!!
