It's always about relationships first in any business requiring a high level of trust, especially if you are not really savvy about financial matters beyond every day banking. We have been with C. Horcoff for about 30 years now. She listened and was responsive to our needs from day one. We laugh a lot. We consider her a friend. We know enough to not freak out at market volatility and together we've managed to make it through rough spots and recover and see good returns.

I picked this company over fifteen years ago for my first foray into having a financial advisor. I have never regretted that decision. I started off with only a few thousand dollars and with consistent deposits, a few lump sum additions, and great foresight from my advisor in picking the right stocks and mutual funds, it has grown to 10x that amount! My advisor is kind, understanding, and listens well to the things I worry about, helps me to make solid realistic future planning, and is careful about where my money is being invested. She is good about checking up on me yearly, giving me suggestions about how to do better, she always makes herself available if I need her. I'm so glad that I made the decision a long time ago to hire Edward Jones for my financial advising. Lastly, I should mention that I am in the Flint, Michigan area, and my great advisor is Karen Strader.

I've tried several managed financial services, and EJ so far is the best. At least the guy who runs my portfolio.

I’ve moved to the Edward Jones office in Penticton several years ago. For me it was the best financial decision I could have made. Justin has made my retirement years a breeze. Although I had some training in this field, he was able to invest my money so that I never have to worry. In my first visit he showed me best case & worst case scenarios that would allow me to live my best life. I would not hesitate to encourage others to meet with Justin & find out it it’s a fit for them.

Eric Abbott and his staff are the best! They are very professional and always available to answer any questions you might have. Highly recommend them to support your financial goals!

Just a note that hopefully resonates with others in my community. Edward Jones in Indian Wells has proven more than once that they truly care about their clients. When I had a question about some of my retirement, even though that part was with a dif $ manager, they looked into it and answered my question. How many companies do you leave walking out saying, ‘I’m so glad we found them’. So besides the bonus of being with Edward Jones, it’s as important to be with kind peeps that care. So far Brian Ramaker has done well over the last 5 years. Financial planning isn’t what I do so I just let him do whatever he’s thinks best and I’ve gotten about 14%|year

I have read all the bad reviews regarding Edward Jones, Fortunately, this was not my experience at all. I worked with Nick Spicola (Edward Jones) in Parker Colorado. Nick was always responsive, returned calls, emails and texts immediately AND was always available. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and very genuinely listened to what I wanted to do with my money, additionally I was kept updated. Unfortunately, I received some very bad news regarding my health and needed to withdraw everything that I had invested. Nick got on it immediately, there were never any of the issues that I've read about in the other reviews. I guess it really is about the personality of the advisor that you're working with and I really lucked out with Nick.
