I ordered a Rag and Bone straw hat that arrived damaged with the crown of the hat cracked in several places. I asked for help and was told since it was a final sale it could not be returned. The experience makes me concerned about ever using Editorialist in the future

Absolutely amazed by the wonderful experience I had ordering from this company I did not even expect it to be legit until I read about all the reviews so I took a chance and I needed a piece of a Shark vacuum cleaner that even shark themselves was out of stock from and I tried eBay I tried everything so when I just typed in the park editorialist came in saying that they have it.. after all the reviews I took a Gamble ordered it and got it within about 3 days which is faster than the seven that they said was to expected in so I'm absolutely pleased and I will highly recommend this company to anybody who's looking for anything that they have try them out you won't regret it peace came in and mint condition as promised the prices were bad at all it was exactly what shark was selling it for and then of course you have your shipping and taxes which is no big deal it was absolutely reasonable I'm very happy and I will reorder anything else I need from them if they have it again without any doubt thank you so much!!!

I was very impressed by the honesty of your organization when the ordered item was out of stock. Many companies these days don't even disclose that and make you wait. Additionally, the follow up communication was clear and helpful, allowing for a very quick order cancellation. All in all, a very VERY positive experience.
