I tried to find a specific pair of…On’s.
I tried to find a specific pair of shoes my son wanted and I couldn’t find them anywhere online except here. I was hesitant since I’ve never heard of this site. But I have to say. Exceptional customer service and they found the name brand item my son wanted and got it to us quickly and without hassle. I will use them again. I reached out to customer service after I placed the order and they said if they could confirm the order in 48 hours I would get a refund. Customer service was quick and helpful.

The company accommodated me in…
The company accommodated me in acquiring a hard to get fashion sneaker. Not only did they beat every price on the Internet but they went ahead and shipped it DHL for next day delivery.. I've never been this satisfied before they are truly unbelievable and fantastic at the same time . Also, they are super responsive on the email

They Gave Me A More Expensive Sweatshirt For Free!
I bought a sweatshirt but it turned out their supplier didn’t have any because of supply issues. So, they found it somewhere else but it was $200 more. And they said they’d honor the original price they’re awesome!

I appreciated being told that the item…
I appreciated being told that the item I wanted was on final sale since I didn’t see that in the website and being told that there were some pulls in front of the dress. Although I wasn’t able to purchase the dress this time I will definitely look for other items in the Editorialist in the future! Loved the transparency and Kennefaith was very helpful.

Amazing service
I ordered a product, which unfortunately was later out of stock. The Editorialist team found the same product with a different vendor and covered the entire price difference. AMAZING service.
