Patience and Customer Service
It was a bit concerning when the duty fee was requested in order to purchase the item. I did my own research and learned that it is common for the duty fee to be applied. It would help to have that disclosed to the customer at time of purchase, but the follow up to my concerns was handled professionally and I am pleased with the transaction. Now I hope for quick delivery, as this is a birthday gift for my daughter. UPDATE: The watch arrived quickly and without incident. My daughter absolutely loves her birthday gift. Upgraded review to 5 stars. Blessings...

The shirt runs very small
The shirt runs very small I should have ordered an XL but unfortunately it is a final sale. I will likely have to give it away. I wish I didn't buy it without being able to return it :(

I had purchased a bad on Editorialist…
I had purchased a bad on Editorialist but it was no longer available. I received an email from the agent saying she had found it and it was less money and was sending it. It was not quite the same one so I returned it however I was not sure whether or not I had to pay the shipping fees and was very concerned about this. I contacted editorial list and I was reassured by a very kind.Jovelle that I would not be charged for shipping and any other expenses. She was very kind and professional.
