The band tabs broke off when removing Giddy. This is supposed to be new improved product but did not work well.

So far I have not had a good experience with Giddy. The device is diificult to install, does not have the desired effect and is uncomfortable. Not what I was expecting..

They sold us this product and sent an email announcement THE NEXT DAY that "the NEW and IMPROVED product was now available - hurry up and buy it!" What? We had processed a purchase within the last day. We nicely emailed (before it was shipped) and asked that they make sure to send us the new product and not old inventory. No response EVER. They sent the old product, not the new one, dumping their old inventory on us. Lame marketing and inventory management practices. Not very ethical either.
