I'm sure the product is great for most people but........... I used the measuring suggestion and I was a maybe a 1/4 inch more than the size gauge suggested for a large D. And I assume they sent me the right size I ordered but it was way too tight for my erection/girth. I couldn't get it off fast enough since my erection was turning purple veiny and hurt. Yikes......! I never thought I was that big. Oh well.

Very pleased, performs very well. A mistake made in sizing is expensive and the insurance policy offered is an expensive price to pay for the ambiguity in sizing.

Not worth the money, size was wrong, they want to charge a arm and a leg to exchange it. Went back to my steel cock ring, works great and momma likes the girth and super hardness.

The first device cracked in the middle within the first few weeks. I decided I must have been too aggressive when washing while rolling the device slightly so I tried another. Good thing I ordered more than one. The second one cracked in less time even though I took more care with it. When I called/emailed to report the device may have a faulty design because there is a hole right in the middle (stress point), I was told "Eddie is constructed from durable, medical-grade materials that will last an extended period of time if you follow the usage, cleaning, and storage instructions. Because tension is applied with each use, your Eddie and tension bands will naturally stretch and lose tension over time, and because the device is used around intimate and sometimes sensitive areas of the body, for cleanliness purposes we recommend replacing your Eddie every 4 months, or as needed based on your frequency of use. We now offer optional insurance on orders for an additional cost of $29 at checkout. This covers the cost of shipping, handling, fulfillment, credit card processing, and other third party services required to complete an order. When your order was placed, the insurance was not an available option, and so with that in mind we can offer you a new device for the cost of the insurance ($29). I've had my Giddy since the beginning of the year. I've tried using it numerous times and it hasn't worked. I don't fault you in this matter. I've had erectile dysfunction for 6 years and have tried just about everything. Pills don't work, shots are difficult to administer, and pumps just plain hurt. I don't get hard enough in the first place for the Giddy to trap blood, The theory behind your product is sound, but it just doesn't work for me.
