ecwid.com does not background check the stores set up on their site. So buyer beware.

Ecwid is great! Very user friendly and the customer support is the best! Any problems or questions are very promptly answered by their knowledgeable and friendly team!

The app is super handy & easy to navigate. Wix didn’t have Canada Post integration so we had to look for other options & Ecwid does exactly what we need for Tofino Woodshop. I’ve had to use their chat help & they’re pretty speedy & answering. Overall I really don’t have any complaints, they do what we need done.

I cannot recommend ecwid highly enough. The site builder is easy to use and the customer service and technical help is outstanding. Everytime I have a question the help is broken down into easy to understand steps and I find that I can do far more on my website than I planned as the help is so easy to follow. I've only been using Ecwid for about 10 months, and since the beginning, I've had a great experience. When I have questions, the customer support is awesome at helping me figure out solutions. Using Ecwid has definitely helped me get my online shop off to a great start.

Excellent website integration and transaction flow. The integration into our Wix content site was easy and seamless. I like the abandoned cart email workflow. We were able to utilize the different transaction paths to make state sales tax and payment methods simple. The workflow is predictable for our customers.

I have been using Ecwid for over 12 months and when I first put my products online I wasn’t getting many customers so to have the free shopping cart while getting my business up and running was fantastic and gave my customers a place to purchase without costing me a lot of money. I now have customers buying from my cart on a regular basis and I’ve since upgraded to the next level and find it so so easy to use. Orders come in and I can do it all on my phone. I have happily passed Ecwid’s details on to other people I know who are looking into shopping carts. I can’t really comment on their customer service because I have never had any problems. Highly recommend this company.

I did their free trial in order to see if this commerce option would be right for me. The problem is, they block access to things that I really need to be able to access to find out if this platform is a viable option. They also block chat support unless you are at a certain tier as well. So, while it appears this platform could have what I need, I'll never know.
