Ecwid is easy to use, easy to handle. you can have it both lapltop and phone, wich make it even easier. Customer support is swift and friendly

Ecwid has made it easy to transition my shop to an an online store. The site provides users an easy step-by-step process to set up a professional looking website that customers can navigate with ease. I was able to quickly set up my products in a way that inventory is automatically updated, which makes it easy for my customers to know what is in stock. The ability to shop, pay, and select curbside pick up has made our store stand out from other local vendors. Since in our area there have been instances that only stores that offer curbside pickup are allowed to operate.

I'm a huge fan of Ecwid. I've used it to create my own store for my business, and two stores for clients of mine. Ecwid is quite comprehensive as it is, and there are additional apps available to help extend its capabilities. If the apps aren't enough, you can connect it to many other tools using Zapier. Further, Ecwid's team can customize the software to suit your specific needs. Their customer support is truly incredible as well. Everyone I have worked with has gone out of their way to help solve my problem or figure out a way to accomplish what I'm hoping to. These aren't agents who are sending automated responses. These are people really listening to your issue and working directly with you to help. I was in customer support for many years and I'm blown away by the quality of support I consistently receive. At first I was wary of using the chat feature because typically, with other companies, I've gotten unimpressive service using it. But not with Ecwid. I felt personally attended to and the agents were very responsive. My only hope is Ecwid provides more support for restaurants in the future! They have helped me figure out ways to work around our problems but there are still some features which would benefit us more, such as a built-in tipping option and the ability to limit the number of orders per pickup time. I have given this feedback and hope to see those updates someday! Overall I'm a huge fan of Ecwid and its a great solution for anyone seeking a very versatile and fairly priced online store of any size!

I am not technology savvy by any means, but not only is Ecwid easy to learn, it's easy to use. The customer service was always prompt, and resolved all my issues. This company actually wants me to succeed with as little stress as possible. It's refreshing.

Ecwid is a great platform to get your business started; it's user friendly for beginners and you can use Ecwid free with the basic account. I personally upgraded my account because the extra features Ecwid offers are so convenient for keeping things running smoothly for me with minimal stress. There's no fees per listing and your competitors are not advertised on your listings. The site was easy to set up and the customizations are nice.I gave 4/5 stars because some features require adding a code (which they have written up for you in most cases), but I don't know what to do with the codes and that has been the only somewhat difficult part so far.

Easy to use, help if you need it anytime. Would highly recommend 👌
