I've been using Ecwid since we started making and selling faceshields about 3 months ago. I did a bunch of Googling of various e-commerce sites and spent a few days trialling a few. Ecwid came out on top by a long shot by being so simple yet effective to use. It tied in brilliantly with our payment system, allows me to generate products to populate with Facebook and into our website with a nice API meaning no coding was necessary. The mobile app means I can keep track of orders when I'm away from my office and it even lets me add tracking to parcels being sent out. The times I've needed to use the customer support when I couldn't figure something out myself has been a pleasure - one of the team even did a bit of back end coding for me while I was on the phone to then as I couldn't get the layout to do exactly what I wanted. So overall, it's been a great experience so and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ecwid if anyone was to ask. Cheers

I'm very impressed with Ecwid and here's why. I'm a glass-blowing artist and I've been trying to find a platform that works well with handcrafted artwork. I have used several different platforms before and none of them ever really have done what Ecwid can do. I'm not in the business to learn HTML or cascading style sheets to fix my online gallery of artwork and I'm also not able to spend a week reading a book on how to sell online. yet, it seems as though the other companies that I have been with I want you to do that. Ecwid is not like that which makes my life easier, all I want to do is sell my artwork. They have guided me through the process of making sure that I say the right words, they've actually made it easy to connect to WordPress so I can have that online gallery feel, and if I have any troubles, they have a technician there for me to help me fix the issue which is wonderful.

Ecwid is so easy to use and it makes me look like I am good at this kind of thing. I love it. My customers make comments about how user friendly it is! When I contact Ecwid for help, I always get a quick, clear solution to my problem. They listen to their customers and make new additions that we ask for. The price is right and there are no hidden charges. So glad I found Ecwid.

I was looking for quite a while for a fairly inexpensive cart system that offered quantity price breaks that were not forced into percentage off. ECWID is perfect for my needs as my 2000 different products all have different pricing tiers that are not good for straight percentage off tiers. There are definitely some limitations, but it works for me!

This was the easiest website to set up. It was just a breeze! I am not computer savvy at all and have been able to figure it all out on my own! I’ve used other companies before and they are not easy AT ALL! Hats off to Ecwid!
