EcoVadisReviews of ecovadis.com

I was a great experience all the time

Working with Giang Tran who helped with any questions I had about completing the questionnaire and subscriptions. Very Professional

Have used ecovadis for a year and the subscription ran out. Impossible to re-activate the account. Been in contactct with support 3 times and still not able to re-activate the system. Support ask us to re-register the company, however this is impossible as the company is already registered.

We only subscribed to EcoVadis service because it was in the requirements of a tender. Apart from that, we got very little out of it - it is not really set up for, or suitable for smaller businesses. So, we decided to cancel. Unfortunately, our employee that set up the account had moved on, and the subscription auto-renewed. Yes, we missed the cancellation deadline - but in response to a polite message asking if we could cancel despite this, they went straight into legalise language with absolutely no flexibility. So we're having to pay for a full year's subscription that we don't want. Very hypocritical of EcoVadis - they promote ethics in business but do not practice what they preach. I do not recommend EcoVadis, especially if you are a smaller company and like to work with ethical business practices - they are an expensive waste of time
