우리 회사는 자동차 스티어링 휠을 전문으로 제조하는 회사이며 글로벌 기업은 현대차 기업 그룹의 1차 협력사 입니다. 고객사인 현대차 기아에서는 매년 1차 협력사를 대상으로 ESG 자체평가를 실사하고 있으며 작년부터 에코바디스 평가를 인정하고 있습니다.(단 해외 법인에 국한) 당사는 에코바디스의 평가 범위를 그룹으로 진행하고 있으며 이는 당사의 해외법인 ESG 역량 향상에 많은 도움을 받고 있습니다. 또한 신규 고객사로 영업 확장 시 에코바디스의 평가 평수가 큰 도움으로 작용하고 있음을 실제 확인할 수 있습니다.

The usability and overall user experience have improved over time; however, some aspects could still be clearer and more intuitive. It is important to highlight that this assessment is currently one of the most requested sustainability evaluations by the market, even though it is not a formal certification recognized by standards organizations such as ISO. In my opinion, completing the assessment requires a certain level of expertise due to its specificity and complexity. It is advisable to involve a cross-functional team from different areas of the company rather than relying on a single individual. Otherwise, the process can be quite challenging. Regarding timing, completing the questionnaire generally requires about one month, depending on the availability and quality of the supporting documentation. As for receiving the scorecard, with a basic subscription the waiting time is approximately two months.

Nous sommes chez ecovadis depuis 4 ans, chaque année nous faisons un travail considérable pour progresser en RSE, chaque année notre note monte, la facture aussi. Et cette année nous avons encore augmenté notre note mais nous avons perdu notre médaille d’argent. Tout simplement parce que plus nous sommes membres et plus nous nous faisons concurrence et plus il est difficile de maintenir sa médaille alors que nous progressons. C’est tout à fait improductif et démotivant. Pour une petite société ce n’est pas tenable. Je suis impatiente de voir qd des grosses sociétés perdront leur médailles platinum ou d’or car bcp de grosses entreprises seront en concurrence. Lorsque vous écrivez pour vous plaindre et vous répond depuis l’île Maurice…. C’est un gag vous êtes jugé en RSE par une société qui aujourd’hui confie ses évaluations à l’IA et délocalise ses service pour faire des économies. Et ça nous donne des leçons aux petites sociétés françaises qui se battent pour survivre et maintenir ses emplois.

Wo fängt man da an? Das Vertriebsteam und die jeweiligen Ansprechparter sugerieren einem, dass man für einen Kunden die Zertifizierung durchführen muss. Jede Mail dazu klingt dringlich. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Kunden: wäre nice to have aber eigentlich auch egal. Die Kosten sind einigermassen transparent, jedoch für die "Leistung" deutlich zu hoch. Die Unterlagen muss man schliesslich alleine bereitstellen und die Unterstützung hält sich in Grenzen. Das Ranking ist weniger transparent. Der Ansprechpartern, ich glaube wir haben drei, ist kaum erreichbar. Auch bei einer Rückrufbitte auf der Mailbox erfolgt keine Reaktion.

SCAM!! We were reviewing a request from a customer for an eco rating of our company. So we thought of using Ecovadis. Went online created a profile and completed questions. However they don't tell you the cost until you finish. Once we saw the cost we did not complete the request for a report and stopped. However, we later received an invoice to pay even though we did not subscribe nor received any report. They even sent a company to chase after the payment and said once you acknowledge the terms and conditions of the website you agree to paying the subscription. What a scam!! No other website would do that!!! No ethics, just a money grab. Makes you wonder about their true eco rating system. Probably also a scam and draw for money!!!
