One of our customers forced our company to use this and complete the ecovadis platform in order to conduct business with them. We are a small company of 40 people. The questionaire was insanly lengthy and was irrevelant to what we supply. When I finally completed it hours and hours later they wanted us to subscribe at $8550.00! Never again

'Encouraged' to use by a key customer Bug ridden portal & dreadful customer support - by email only. Try finding a 'phone number on their website ! Try finding a complaints section ! Only 2 telephone numbers published anywhere: +33 (0)1 82 28 88 88 (Paris, France) +1 (917) 398-3333 (?, USA) Customer Service agents will avoid direct verbal contact at all costs, won't use Teams (only Google Meet if pushed very hard) Very expensive and appears very little in return

Terrible company. No support. Avoid this tool at all cost.

Awful and inflexible We were forced to sign up to their assessments by our client since then we have received no benefit from the 400 euro per annum (for three years). You cannot use the website to unsubscribe as apparently that button doesn't work (I tried on two different browsers). The platform is also terrible and doesn't work, in theory it will give you multiple options to select but only one is capable of being selected. If you want help with a query be prepared to wait 4 days for a reply.

Terrible company to deal with. Missed the subscription cut off by 1 business day due to illness. Explained situation, company is not interested. Now threatening to increase outstanding invoice and start legal proceedings. Scheduled a telephone meeting, no call. They said they couldn't reach me on my number. Laughable!

EcoVadis provided the results to our questionaire, but they do not allow you to share the results with your own email or download the results unless you upgrade to their Premium package. It would be useful to be able to access the results offline.

I signed up for EcoVadis on behalf of a customer. Whilst initially I found it difficult to identify the necessary teams internally, this was a great experience to learn how our company is doing and above all, how we can improve our performance in sustainability. Their rating is very complete and the platform has helpful e-learnings. We are now working on our reevaluation to complete later this year
