My husband and I built our house 2 years ago and we ordered all our paints and wood stains and varnishes from Ecos paints !! We are so happy with the quality and colors! We had a Christmas party this year and everyone complemented the colors of the walls! And the most important factor is that there in no smell during and after the paint job!! Thank you for the excellent customer service I received during and after our big project!! They were very nice and patient with me choosing from arrays of colors and kind to send me as many samples as I needed to make my choice . I am very thankful for the outstanding quality of paints and great customer service!! I would highly recommend this product!! It withstood the time!!!

you shipped me the wrong paint

After I tried several other zero VOC paints and varnishes in my home, and continued to have health problems ( Environmental Illness and Multiple Chemicals Sensitivities, and Exposure to toxic chemicals, I tried Ecos Paints. I am so grateful for the man who created and manufacture these paints as well for the customer's service help I received over the phone. I am enjoying my home now for the first time in 38 years. I am recommending this paint to everyone, we must have a space to breath clean air to prevent diseases. Ecos Paint is a must for those who suffer with Environmental Illnesses, Asthma, and Multiple Chemical Sensitivities. Thank you Ecos Paints.

I've had the opportunity to renovate 5 homes. The fifth one was done about a year ago. By this time I am more than familiar with paints, toxic ingredients in paints and the smell. Thus 2 years ago I decided to look for the least toxic paints on the market and I found ECOS Paints. RESULT: Fabulous products, wonderful people through emails, ordering and conversations on the phone. They truly believe their products and they stand behind them. The paint goes on well and the coverage very close to what they say. I am currently introducing their paints to friends.

We ordered this varnish to cover up some stain/polyurethane that we had used this summer. The smell from it was terrible! It has been lingering for a long time. Had I known about THIS product earlier I never would have used the other stain. I will be using this kind of product from now on. We used it over top of the other. So far we have only used one coat. It did reduce the smell greatly which I was pleased with, although not completely. Maybe if we put a second coat on it would. It does give the product a very slight milky appearance, although clear. I do think it is a good product, much better for our health.

This is a quality product. I love the approach of providing organic non-toxic paint and how that can improve the odor and health of the inside air quality. It also covers very well so it is not like sacrificing quality of paint for the health benefits. It is obviously pricier than conventional paint, but I think the benefits outweigh the additional price. My only complaint would be that it has to be shipped from a central facility. I understand wanting to control quantity, However, it caused delays in my project because I ran out and had to order more. On the other hand I could have been overly aggressive and been stuck with a bunch of extra paint I didn't need just so I didn't have to re-order.

Don't go by the color chart .I wanted a dark brown but it came out looking black.
