The Top Ten Worst Experiences with a company. Their customer service is Horrible. Totally have to wait 3 weeks on a Refund after numerous of calls and emails and being told in a few days it will be refunded in my account. NO APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, NO OFFER TO MAKE THINGS BETTER, a discount: free sample, NOTHING JUST ENDLESS NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE. For me 9 out of 10 times no one will answer the phone. I love healthy safe stuff but someone needs to Take Over this Company and Teach them how to Run a business.

I have had 2 x deliveries from Lakeland Paints over the past month and each time the delivery comes very very quickly. The paint goes on well and looks fantastic. There is no smell and no headaches from this stuff.....I'm amazed and extremely happy. One thing to note when applying the paint, if you are painting with the matt white over a colour, you will most probably have to do 3 x coats. For ceilings that are already white, then the usual two coats will suffice. I'm trying to improve the air quality within my home and I feel I have done it already with this paint. Happy Customer!

Ordered a gallon of paint and a quart of stain last Thursday and paid for two day air shipping because we needed to work on our project Monday. Not only did the package arrive very late Monday evening so we couldn't do it at all, they sent only a quart of paint. Emailed customer service with pictures and proof saying I needed the rest of the paint expedited as we are moving in just a few days and NEED TO FINISH PAINTING. No response still and this is the second day.... absolutely insulted, disgusted, will never ever buy this paint or rely on imperial paints for my painting needs again. Avoid this horrid company at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have bought paints from Ecos in the past and all has previously gone well. A very good company to deal with and very good products on the whole. However I am very unhappy with the clear varnish I have recently bought. The varnish is easily applied and goes on well and does not smell but it has not left a clear finish. I had a natural oak engineered wood flooring and wanted to keep the look as near as possible. The varnish has unfortunately left the wood with a dirty yellow finish and certainly not clear which is very disappointing. The product isn't cheap and it took a lot of effort to sand down the previous finish back to the bare wood. I am now going to have to sand down again and try to find a suitable alternative elsewhere to apply.

I am so very satisfied with Ecos Paint varnish! Thrilled that it is eco friendly and that it had no strong odor. Having Fibromyalgia, I am sensitive to strong chemicals. I couldn't be more happy. I purchased a quart of varnish for a dining table that my husband and I built. The varnish dries quickly... I could put a second coat on only an hour after the first one went on. It goes on smooth and easy. I only wish now that I had purchased their wood stains as well. Next time for sure! SO worth the extra $. So far, it has proven durable with the table being used daily by a family of 5. Thanks so much to Ecos Paints for providing such a superior, earth friendly product. All smiles over here!

I got a few 2 oz samples to try out on my wall. While I don't think I'll use any of those colors, I do plan to use Ecos once I decide on the color. I've used the live chat on the website a couple times, and they have been very helpful, even getting back to me via e-mail to answer a question. The paint samples were easy to use, and don't smell at all. I will definitely use ECOS paint for my house.

I purchased a quart of paint after speaking to a representative over the size of my wall. He assured me that no primer was necessary and that because of the size of my wall, one quart would suffice as I didn't need more than one coat. Please over estimate when ordering. The paint itself goes on very nicely, and it dries true to color. However, two coats is a MUST, and I'm wishing I had a top coat as well, as we had a glider chair rub it and the paint (had been dry for over a week) immediately came off. In all fairness I have not had a chance to contact the company yet, and I would purchase from them again as it was nice to paint and not get sick from fumes.

Danny is amazingly knowledgable, helpful & so patient with my many phone calls. I researched the various paints for a long time since I have MCS. I found Ecospaint to be the best.
