My orders arrive much later then expected.
I've ordered from you in the past multiple times and the products have always been authentic and well packaged, with competitive pricing. I gave 3 stars because several times in the past, orders were delayed and communication wasn't very proactive. For small beauty items, the shipping fee seems a bit high compared to other sites even with the expedited option. My order went through a couple of days ago, but I'm still cautious because of previous slow shipping experiences. So because of these issues, I'm hesitant.

We’re happy to confirm that your order has already shipped and is currently in transit. While the carrier has provided an estimated delivery date, this is only an estimate, and packages often arrive earlier as they continue moving through the delivery network. Hoping someone that matters reads this
Hoping someone that matters reads this, ya might want to think about waiting to send these questionnaires out only after the customer has received the product. With that said, for now, I'm giving 3 stars only because of the ease in ordering. The hoop I had to jump through because you weren't happy with my address, regardless of the fact the product was paid for, is another thing. Once i receive my product, I'll be back to this survey.

A lot of coupon offers!!
Checkout was easy, lots of coupon offers both at opening website, at checkout, and now filling my e-mail. I paid $12+ for expedited shipping. However according to notifications I will have my item at midnight on day 6! I hate to think what regular shipping would have been. Not sure I will return even with all the coupons.

I did not like the search feature
I did not like the search feature. It kept spell correcting to something I was not asking for. For example, each time I typed in “mascara” it was changed to “mancera” (not even sure what that is), so I had to keep going back to change it. Also, seems like each time I searched for a particular product, I was shown every option, but the one I was looking for.

Received a different product than shown in photo
I bought a product, but received a different than the one shown in the photo I purchased. Same name, different packaging and brand logotype. They called me and offered a solution. So first purchase experience wasn’t as expected but they were very quick resolution.

Not a lot of variety to choose from
